Plug and play with our standard boxes
Not every order needs a custom solution – most just need the right standard. Our six box sizes are graded so that small accessories, supplement sets, fashion orders and bundled baskets each find the right format, without empty space you pay for in filler and shipping weight. Every box is made from premium corrugated board, sturdy enough for the parcel network and available straight from stock, even during Black Friday week.
Because ZenOS automatically picks the box size for each order, nobody in the warehouse has to guess. That cuts shipping costs, speeds up packing and gives your customers a clean, professional parcel – from day one, no design project needed.

We set board grade and flute type based on product weight and fragility, so glass, electronics and textiles arrive safely. Every option is FSC-certified, fully recyclable and can be combined with your branding. You decide how visible your brand is in your customers' hallway.

Cost-efficient, top box quality with 170+ g/m² kraftliner, reinforced gummed tape and dedicated branding. Full-surface print, maximum stability and an exclusive look.
Custom packaging – crash-lock/folding bottom
Fully customizable: crash-lock or folding bottom box with adhesive closure strip and tear-open perforation. Exterior and interior print available, combinable with branding and varnish finish.
Automated packing – made-to-measure, custom packaging
On-demand packaging from continuous corrugated board, single-wall B-flute, 1-color exterior print. Ideal for high volumes – efficient, flexible and resource-saving.
Wall layers: Choose single-wall for light products or double-wall for heavy or fragile goods.

High-quality mailer bags
A T-shirt doesn't need a box. For fashion, accessories and small orders, mailer bags are the most efficient packaging: they weigh almost nothing, adapt to their contents and noticeably save freight volume, shipping costs and material compared to a box.
With us, you choose between sturdy standard bags and fully branded versions printed inside and out that make your brand visible even without a box. All bags are tear-resistant, weatherproof and plastic-free.
