TikTok Shop hasn't officially launched in Austria yet. The service is currently available in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Ireland — and the United Kingdom, where TikTok Shop was originally introduced in Europe.
However: Austrian merchants can still sell, for example through the German TikTok Shop, if certain requirements are met.
These include:

- Functional customer support in the relevant language (e.g., German for Germany)
- Compliance with all local legal requirements
So if you're from Austria but want to actively sell in Germany, that's possible — as long as you meet the legal requirements and your products are shippable there.
Conversely: German merchants currently can't specifically sell in Austria via TikTok Shop because the platform hasn't rolled out there yet. But once TikTok Shop launches in Austria, cross-border trade within the EU will become even easier.
Even if TikTok Shop isn't officially available in Austria yet, as a merchant based in Germany (or another active market like the UK, France, etc.), you can ship normally to Austria — as long as you offer shipping there! We make that easy with our fulfillment too.
