They can send back items that didn't meet their expectations. When the shipping label is generated, the return is already registered in our system and can be immediately assigned upon receipt. This lets us guarantee processing within 48 hours of arrival. Once the return package arrives at our returns warehouse, we classify returns using our A/B/C system. You can check the status of each return in your Zenfulfillment dashboard and decide how to proceed. We restock the returned items. A-stock goes back into available inventory. B- and C-stock are initially stored and then either refurbished or disposed of in appropriate intervals.
